The Croatian boxer named the condition under which he would allow a fight for the title of absolute champion.

Philip Hrgovic wants to fight Oleksandr Usyk. At the same time, the mandatory challenger for the IBF heavyweight title suggested that he could give up his right to a title fight with the Ukrainian and allow the fight for the title of absolute champion.

According to the Croatian boxer, he will only allow Usyk and Fury to enter the ring if they pay him a large sum of money as compensation.

“I will not agree to compensation. Perhaps, except for some crazy amount, but it seems to me that they will not offer it to me. I feel that I can beat Usyk and fight for the title of absolute champion of the world. I can earn more in these retreats.

It must be an insane amount, but I don’t want any compensation. Like I said, I feel like I can beat Usyk. If I beat him, I will earn more,” said Hrgovic in an interview with iFL TV.

Previously, the promoter said if the IBF would agree to postpone Usyk and Hrgovic’s title defense.
