Zaur Abdullaev and Roman Andreev were weighed before the fight in Chelyabinsk

Russian boxers Zaur Abdullaev and Roman Andreev successfully passed the weigh-in procedure on the eve of the full-time 10-round fight in Chelyabinsk as part of the RCC Boxing Promotions tournament.

Abdullaev’s weight was 62.4 kg, Andreev’s was 62.3 kg. Abdullaev, who competes in the lightweight division, has 17 wins with a loss to the reigning absolute champion, American Devin Haney. Andreev has 25 victories in the professional ring.

The main event of the Chelyabinsk tournament will be the fight of Russian Vildan Minasov (11-1) against former WBA world champion René Alvarado (33-13). Minasov’s weight was 61.25 kg and Alvarado’s was 60.5 kg.

Also as part of this show, Khariton Agrba (64.2 kg), who will meet Panamanian Alexander Dran (65.95 kg), and Pavel Silyagin (76.05 kg), who will face his compatriot Yevgeny Shvedenko (76 .15 kg).

Heavyweight Evgeny Romanov (105.3 kg) will fight with Venezuelan Wilmer Vazquez (134.7 kg).
