WBC World Heavyweight Champion Tyson Fury fight former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou behind Riyadh champion belt.
The special trophy was presented by the British promoter Frank Warren. The announcement of the belt took place at a joint press conference of the athletes.
The fight between Fury and Ngannou will take place on October 28 in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. The WBC granted Tyson a special permit to fight the former UFC champion.
Fury defeated Derek Chisora in his last fight by TKO in December 2022. Ngannou will fight his first boxing fight. The Franco-Cameroonian fighter defeated Cyril Gane in his last MMA fight at UFC 270 in January 2022.
