Athletistic/MMA. American UFC fighter Justin Gaethje has expressed his thoughts on a possible fight with Irish fighter Conor McGregor.

“Honestly, I can’t hide my desire to end Conor’s career and make sure he never comes back to the octagon. Michael Chandler will be the second fighter I’ll beat who will then face McGregor. I think that says a lot about Conor probably not going to fight me – the situation is very clear,” Gaethje commented in an interview with MMA Fighting.

Note that Conor McGregor has not been in the ring since July 2021, when he was beaten by technical knockout by American Dustin Poirier at UFC 264.

Earlier, Conor McGregor himself called Justin Gati one of three possible rivals for the future and said he plans to return to the octagon in December this year.
