Volkanovski proposed a fight with the Irishman at the UFC 300 anniversary tournament, scheduled for 2024.
“Let’s do it at UFC 300,” Volkanovski wrote.
Recall that McGregor last entered the ring in July 2021, when he suffered a technical defeat (leg injury) in a fight with American Dustin Poirier at UFC 264. Since then, the Irishman is undergoing a recovery course, during which he has been repeatedly accused of using anabolic steroids. It is assumed that in the next fight McGregor will meet with American Michael Chandler.
