A new organization has been created – TKO Group Holdings
American company Endeavor Group Holdingswhich owns the rights to UFCand wrestling promotion World Wrestling Entertainment officially merged into a new corporation.
As a result of the merger, a new organization, TKO Group Holdings, was created, the shares of which began to be traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
Endeavor Group Holdings will own 51% of TKO Group Holdings, while WWE will retain 49%. The total capitalization of the new company is 21.4 billion euros: UFC was valued at $12.1 billion, and WWE at $9.3 billion.
Ari Emanuel will be the CEO of Endeavor and the new company. Vince McMahon will also serve as executive chairman, and Mark Shapiro will serve as president and COO of both Endeavor and the new company. Dana White will continue to serve as UFC President and Nick Khan will continue to serve as WWE President.
