Athletistic/MMA. Russian MMA fighter Alexander Volkov has signed a new contract with the UFC. This was announced by the athlete’s manager, Ivan Bannikov.
“Alexander signed a new contract before the fight with Tuivasa. Many more fights await him. As I said before, there are two important questions in the heavy division. Now we have to wait for the answer. Who will win the Jon Jones – The Stipe Miocic fight and what a new or old champion will do with his career,” TASS quotes Bannikov.
On the night of September 10, Alexander Volkov defeated Tai Tuivasa in the co-main event of the UFC 293 tournament in Sydney (Australia). The victory against Tuivasa was the third in a row for the 34-year-old Russian. Currently, he has 47 fights in MMA, in which he has 37 victories and 10 defeats.
