The fight will be the second for the Ukrainian champion in ten months after the January victory over Jimenez
The date and location of the fight between the WBA bantamweight title holder and the Ukrainian have become known Artem Dalakyan and mandatory applicant Seyigo Akuyi from Japan.
The fight will take place on November 15 at the Ryogoku Kokugikan Arena in Tokyo.
Earlier, the World Boxing Organization (WBA) announced tenders for organizing this fight. The Japanese boxer was identified as a rival to the Ukrainian as a mandatory contender for the title, but the parties could not come to an agreement for a long time.
Artem fought his last fight in January 2023, when he defeated Costa Rican David Jimenez and defended the championship belt. The fight lasted all 12 rounds, but the judges gave the victory to the Ukrainian by unanimous decision.
Dalakyan, 36, won the world title in 2018.
