Russian freestyle wrestler Shamil Mamedov defeated the representative of Kazakhstan Adil Ospanov and will compete for the bronze medal at the World Championships in Belgrade.
The fight in the weight category up to 65 kg ended with a score of 8:0. Mamedov will compete for bronze in the competition and a license for the 2024 Olympic Games with Iran’s Rahman Amuzadkhalili.
The World Championship in Serbia will end on September 24, the Russians will participate in the tournament in neutral status.
