This feat was achieved by Umar thanks to the victory over the American Nate Maness on June 26, 2022 during the UFC Vegas 57 tournament. The American fighter Aljamain Sterling is the holder of the bantamweight championship belt.
The leader of the ranking of the best representatives of the UFC bantamweight is Russian Peter Yan. On the second row is the American TJ Dillashaw. Third place belongs to Brazilian fighter José Aldo.
