TopRank President Todd DuBoeuf hopes to see a unification fight after the Briton’s fight with Ngannou.

Soon, fans will see the fight between Tyson Fury and Alexander Usik for the title of absolute world boxing champion. Todd DuBoeuf, president of the promotion company TopRank, thinks so.

According to the functionary, before this the two boxers could not agree on the fight due to their busy schedules, but now the two super heavyweight champions are both free to fight.

“I think this year we were limited on time. The timing just didn’t work out for both guys. We tried to squeeze this fight in in the spring before Usyk’s mandatory fight with Daniel Dubois was supposed to happen.

There are many events, so the good news is that Usyk has a fight with Dubois. Some people thought it wasn’t as good as they expected, but it was a really good, competitive fight.

Tyson will remain razor sharp and hopefully fight the “most dangerous man on the planet” and soon will be the right time. Then the unification match will take place very soon,” DuBoeuf was quoted as saying by Sky Sports.

We remind you that the fight between Tyson Fury and Francis Ngannou will take place on October 28 in Saudi Arabia.

Earlier, renowned insider Mike Coppinger reported that an agreement between Usyk and Fury was about to be signed.
