The World Wrestling Championships take place in Belgrade from September 16 to 24. The Russians are participating in the tournament in neutral status.
“Unfortunately, it is clear that participation in the World Championship has already been elevated to the level of an achievement. All obstacles have been overcome. Nobody knows what will happen next. Nevertheless, we are at the World Championships. All these years of pandemic and isolation, in which we found ourselves through no fault of our own, left an imprint on the athletes who at that time became the leaders of the national team,” Mamiashvili said on .
