Ukrainian Dovbyshchenko lost to Schwartz by decision of the judges

The ten-round fight took place in Magdeburg

Ukrainian heavyweight Konstantin Dovbyshchenko (10-14-1) lost to the German boxer by unanimous decision Tom Schwartz (28-1).

The fight took place in Magdeburg, Germany. The fight was open, both boxers claimed success. Based on the results of ten rounds, all judges gave preference to Schwartz – 97:93, 97:93, 97:94.

Schwartz was previously an opponent of Tyson Fury, losing to the Briton in the second round of the WBO Intercontinental title fight. In his previous fight, the German knocked out Muhamed Ali Durmaz in the first round.

Dovbyshchenko sensationally defeated Briton Matty Harris in the previous fight. The Ukrainian carried out a protracted attack in the fifth round, after which the judge recorded a technical knockout.
