Mixed martial arts fighter of Chechen origin Khamzat Chimaev announced on his social networks that he now represents the Akhmat club.

In the next fight, 29-year-old Chimaev will meet Brazilian Paulo Costa on October 21 at the UFC 294 tournament, which will be held in Abu Dhabi. Chimaev will represent the United Arab Emirates in this fight.
Chimaev was born in Chechnya and emigrated to Sweden as a youth. In mixed martial arts, the fighter has 12 victories in 12 fights.
