Joshua was beaten by Usyk last September when the Ukrainian won the British star’s WBA, IBF and WBO titles after winning a unanimous decision.
Joshua has a chance to avenge the painful loss when he faces Usyk again on August 20, and pundits say this time he must use his physical superiority to break his opponent’s rhythm.
Joshua hinted it was his plan and allayed fears he had lost interest in the sport.
“What happened then is in the past, I don’t really live in the past, I just exist,” he told reporters in London on Wednesday. “I’m going to compete round after round and if I follow my plan, I’m going to knock out Usyk. Less talk, more action. I’m not a comedian, I’m not someone who likes big talk. Let- Me doing my job is my priority.”
