The first match between the rivals took place in September 2022. Then, from the first minute, Datsik knocked out his opponent according to boxing rules.
Costa announced that he had surgery and would fight Chimaev in October.
“In my opinion, it is too early to talk about the idea of a rematch with Vyacheslav Datsik. Although their second fight according to MMA rules would really attract huge public attention,” Burchak quotes Match TV.
