Oleksandr Usyk and Anthony Joshua will meet in London today
On Wednesday, June 29, WBA/WBO/IBF/IBO heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk and former title holder Anthony Joshua will hold a press conference ahead of a rematch scheduled for August 20 in Saudi Arabia. The Usyk-Joshua press conference will start at 16:30 Kyiv time, and its broadcast will also be available at the Sport Arena.
Most recently, the boxers met in Jeddah at the “battle of views”, filming promo videos for the upcoming fight and held the first press conference before the rematch – in September last year, the Ukrainian defeated Joshua in 12 rounds. Now it’s London’s turn.
After today’s event, the boxers will meet face to face already in the last week before the fight. In the meantime, they are returning to their training camps to prepare for the rematch.
