Russian Bellator lightweight champion Usman Nurmagomedov rose to third place in the ranking of the organization’s best fighters, regardless of weight category, reports the organization’s official website.
On Saturday in San Diego, Nurmagomedov defeated Brent Primus by unanimous decision in a fight for the lightweight championship belt at the Bellator 300 tournament and reached the promotion’s Grand Prix final. Nurmagomedov remains an undefeated fighter. His record is 18 victories in 18 fights.
Nurmagomedov moved up three places and the Russian now occupies third place in the rankings of the best fighters. The leader of the ranking is Vadim Nemkov.
