Judges disqualify MMA fighter for choke hold
American blogger, boxer and wrestler Logan Paul defeated an MMA fighter Dillon Dennis in a fight held according to boxing rules.
Paul dominated the entire fight. Dennis tried to slow down his opponent’s pace with MMA techniques. In one of the rounds, Dillon was deprived of one point for a takedown.
In the last minutes of the fight, Paul carried out another successful combination, after which Dennis performed the “guillotine” technique from MMA. After the referee’s signal, a fight broke out, in which members of the teams of both opponents took part. As a result, the judges disqualified Dennis and gave the victory to Paul.
The fight took place at the AO Arena in Manchester as part of a boxing evening with the participation of Tommy Fury and KSI. The WBC champion’s brother won by majority decision, which also caused a scandal.
Logan won his first victory in boxing. Previously, the blogger lost to KSI. Dennis fought his first fight according to boxing rules.
