Australian Alexander Volkanovski said he intends to knock out the Russian UFC lightweight champion Islam Makhacheva and injured him in a fight at a tournament in Abu Dhabi.
Previously, UFC featherweight champion Volkanovski replaced the injured Brazilian Charles Oliveira and became Makhachev’s opponent at the UFC 294 tournament, which will take place on October 21 in Abu Dhabi.
