Athletistic / Boxing. World Boxing Council (WBC) president Mauricio Sulaiman said he recommended former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou be included in the organization’s rankings. Previously, Ngannou fought with WBC world champion Tyson Fury.
The fight ended with Fury winning via split decision. As Suleiman explained, his decision is linked to Ngannou’s outstanding performance.

“I witnessed the performance of a strong boxer. He deserves to be rated by the WBC. I will make recommendations to the rating committee,” Suleiman is quoted in BoxingScene.
