The Ukrainian world champion believes that the match in Saudi Arabia did not show the level of the Briton.

Oleksandr Usyk tried to justify Tyson Fury for his poor fight with Francis Ngannou. The WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight world champion said every athlete has bad days and poor performances.

The Ukrainian also added that he still expects to meet in the ring with the WBC title holder and is fully focused on the fight with the Briton, and he doesn’t care about anything else.

“Both in my opinion and if you look at the statistics, I think Fury won 6-7 rounds. What do I think about his performance? I don’t need to think about him. Let Tyson Fury think.

I need Tyson Fury on December 23rd. Each of us has a unique day or night,” said Usyk in an interview with the All Out Fighting YouTube channel.

We remind you that the previous promoter Alexander Krasyuk named the condition under which the Usyk-Fury fight will be rescheduled.
