Famous fighter Timur Nikulin, nicknamed “Archangel”, will hold a light heavyweight boxing match against Kirill Sambros on November 6 in Sochi. The organizers of the show informed .
Initially, Nikulin’s opponent in this fight was supposed to be Zelimkhan “Machine Gunner” Dukaev, but the fighter will not be able to participate in the show due to medical reasons. Nikulin’s stats on BoxRec include seven wins and two draws; he is one of the 10 best Russian light heavyweight boxers. Nikulin drew in August with Lendrush Akopyan. Sambros’ stats in pop MMA include eight wins and ten losses. BoxRec lists Sambros as having a loss.
The tournament will be marked on November 6 in Sochi by a middleweight fight between former WBA regular champion, Russian Rajab Butaev (14-1, KO 11) and 2016 Olympic champion Fazliddin Gaibnazarov (11-1, KO 6) from Uzbekistan.
The Sochi tournament will be broadcast live on the channel.
