On Thursday, the Baza Telegram channel reported that Sambros was arrested by police in Moscow with an unknown substance. On November 6, the fighter is scheduled to compete in a light heavyweight boxing match against Nikulin. Earlier, Sambros manager Artyom Lobanov told that he was trying to contact the athlete and his relatives.
– In any case, we will save the fight with Timur and look for a new replacement. If Machine Gunner (Zelimkhan Dukaev – editor’s note) cannot play for medical reasons and Sambros is indeed arrested… I hope that Timur’s third opponent will reach the ring and participate in the tournament in Sochi, Lobanov told .
