The WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight world champion spoke about his friend’s future career.
Oleksandr Usyk has confirmed that Vasyl Lomachenko’s next opponent will be former absolute world champion George Kambosos.
Commenting on his friend’s future career, the holder of the WBA, WBO and IBF super heavyweight titles said he would love to see Lomachenko back in the championship belt.
“I heard a rumor that he intends to fight with Kambosos. I don’t know when this fight will take place. Of course, he should decide and announce himself, but speaking for myself, I would really like Vasily to return that’s the ring.
I want him to go out and be champion again. I like it,” ProBox TV quotes Usik as saying.
Let us remind you that Lomachenko’s promoter Bob Arum previously said when his protégé will fight next.
