Russian boxer Rajab Butaev defeated the representative of Uzbekistan Fazliddin Gaibnazarov by technical knockout in a fight as part of a boxing evening in Sochi.
Due to the refusal of seconds from the blue corner, Rajab Butaev won by technical knockout in the fourth round.
In his last fight in April 2022, Butaev lost by split decision to Lithuanian Eimantas Stanionis and lost his regular WBA welterweight title. Before the fight with Butaev, Gaibnazarov had 11 victories and one defeat. The 2016 Olympic champion and 2015 World and Asian Championships silver medalist entered the ring for the last time in December 2022.
