“The commission on the issue of Kevin was postponed until December 13. Johnson has submitted all the necessary documents, he is on the list. We hope that everything will be fine. Now let’s wait for the commission’s decision,” Khryunov was quoted as saying by Sport-Express.
Earlier it became known that Kevin Johnson personally asked Russian President Vladimir Putin for a passport and Russian citizenship. The 44-year-old American is a famous professional boxer. During his career, he managed to fight with such world boxing legends as the British Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua and Derek Chisora, the Ukrainian Vladimir Klitschko and the American Andy Ruiz. In total, Johnson fought 59 fights in the professional ring – he won 36 victories, suffered 21 defeats, and two more fights ended in a draw.
