Kudryashov: ‘I can’t imagine that Datsik was afraid of something, but I expect clarity from him’

russian boxer Dmitry Kudryashov in an interview with expressed confidence that Vyacheslav Datsik isn’t afraid to meet him, saying he wants clarification from the opponent on the fight in the finals of the Pravda League Heavyweight Grand Prix.

In June, the head of the Pravda promotion company, Khetag Tsopanov, told that he was waiting for an answer from Datsik – whether he was ready to organize the final match or not.

– Let Datsik solve the situation and tell everyone what their doubts and problems are. I haven’t violated any agreement, I’m ready to follow the word through. Let Datsik explain then. For example, I am not aware of this whole situation. Let Datsik come out and say, “I don’t want to fight Kudryashov.” Where is Datsik? I don’t see any message from him,” Kudryashov told .

I suggest you contact him.

“Vyacheslav, where are you?” Tell me, please, when will our fight take place?

– It is unlikely that the phrase “Datsik is afraid of the fight with Kudryashov” can be accepted for this situation. Are you ruling out that he just isn’t interested in it in light of meeting Emelianenko Jr.?

– I cannot turn my tongue to call a fighter who enters the ring and the cage a coward. I can’t imagine Datsik was scared of anything. I think they had some sort of deal. He fought Cavalari, he was ready for anything. And what happened now…I don’t understand. And here the questions are not for me, but for the league.

Kudryashov, 36, has 25 wins (24 ahead of schedule) and five losses.
