Russian light heavyweight Magomed Ankalayev will have a second fight with Johnny Walker during the UFC tournament on January 13, journalist Ariel Helwani reported, citing the Brazilian fighter’s coach John Kavanagh.
The tournament will take place in Las Vegas (USA).
The first fight between Ankalaev and Walker took place in October at the UFC 294 tournament and was declared a no-fight because the Russian delivered an illegal blow to his opponent. The judges considered this episode to be an unintentional act.
Ankalaev’s record includes 17 wins, losses and draws in mixed martial arts. Walker recorded 21 wins and seven losses.
