Egis Klimas, manager of former three-division world champion Vasiliy Lomachenko, says his client will fight his next fight early next year.
The functionary said that an athlete with a Ukrainian passport cannot box in a title fight.

“Right now the title is not available. Lomachenko should fight in February. The announcement should take place in the next few days,” Klimas said in an interview on the ESNEWS YouTube channel.
Let’s remember that Lomachenko’s last fight was in May, when he lost to Devin Haney by unanimous decision.
It was previously reported that Stevenson invited Vasily to fight De Los Santos.
