Negotiations are underway for a fight between the 2016 Olympic champion Yevgeny Tishchenko and German boxer Leon Hart for vacant WBA belt, Russian coach tells Eduard Kravtsov .
Tishchenko, 31, has 12 victories and one defeat in the professional ring. In the previous fight, the Russian boxer defeated Belgian Yves Ngabu at the RCC Boxing Promotions tournament in May in Yekaterinburg. Tishchenko is ranked 14th in the WBA cruiserweight rankings.
Hart has 22 wins, five losses and one draw.
