Russian team won first place in the team competition of the European Youth Championship in Budva (Montenegro).
In total, the Russian team has 18 medals. The women’s team won eight medals – four gold and four silver, while the men’s team won five gold, four silver and one bronze.
The Polish team took second place in the medal standings, Italy third.
The prize fund of the European Youth Championship amounted to $500,000. Boxers received $8,000 for victory, $4,000 for second place and $2,000 for third place.
