Former UFC champion Pierre Yan at a press conference he ruled out the possibility of conflict with the Americans Sean O’Malley in case of participation in a joint tournament.
In October 2022, Yan and O’Malley fought in a fight in which the Russian lost by a controversial decision. O’Malley currently holds the UFC championship belt in Yan’s weight class.
– In which direction have you changed?
– We change, each person changes, all this takes place. I hope it’s a good one. You won’t be good to everyone, but I don’t strive for that. There are plans for the years to come, we need to mobilize now, come together and then take some good steps.
— Do you want to play in March, do you want to somehow increase your potential fight against current champion Sean O’Malley?
“Why should we cause some sort of situation to end in such a way that we can stay in America for several years.” The prisons there are not bad, but I still wouldn’t want to go there,” reports correspondent Yana.
