The main event of the evening was the confrontation between Russian fighter of Armenian origin Arman Tsarukyan (20-3) and Iranian-American fighter Beneil Dariush (22-5-1), in the lightweight category. The fight ended with Tsarukyan’s early victory by knockout in the first round.
Today, Tsarukyan has a total of 24 mixed martial arts fights, in which he won 21 victories (nine of them by knockout) and suffered three defeats.
