Athletistic/ Boxing. The world champion in Super WBA, IBF and heavyweight champion WBO, the Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk, after a second fight with the Briton Anthony Joshua, will become a free agent.
“Eddie Hearn has confirmed to reporters that the rematch between Alexander Usyk and Anthony Joshua will be the last fight of his co-promotion deal with Usyk. Usyk also has an agreement with K2, but regardless of the outcome of the fight, from from August 20, he will become one of the most influential free agents in boxing,” journalist Michael Benson wrote on his social media.
The rematch between Usyk and Joshua will take place on August 20 in Saudi Arabia.
