“I love and respect Russia very much, I also respect Vladimir Soloviev. As a coach, I have nothing to do with this whole story, because I always have respect for the elders. But this fight is impossible : the youngest will never be able to challenge the oldest in the ring.
In the Caucasus, we should always show respect, from the youngest to the oldest. I am an athlete and coach who is not interested in politics: give me a person of any nationality, I will coach them. And who and what he writes on social networks is this person’s business,” Stepanyan said, as quoted by Sport24.
Milokhin himself challenged Soloviev to a fight in November 2023. The TV presenter had previously severely insulted and criticized the blogger. He expressed most of his criticism in September, when Danya, under threat of being drafted into the army, fled Russia to take refuge in Dubai (UAE).
In early December, it became known that Soloviev responded positively to Milokhin’s call for this fight.
