He said the commission held a correspondence meeting on December 13 and that, according to the e1 procedure, a decision should be taken within a week. Johnson already has a license issued by the Russian Boxing Federation and considers himself a Russian citizen. It is planned to hold a match between Russia and Cuba at the end of December, and if everything goes well, it is planned to formally resolve the issue of obtaining citizenship in Samara, according to preliminary agreements, as has Khryunov told Sport Express.
