The blogger inflicted his second career defeat on the professional boxer
Famous YouTube blogger Jake Paul (8-1, 5 KOs) knocked out a professional boxer Andre Augusta (10-2-1, 5 KOs).
The fight became the central event of the boxing evening in Orlando (Florida, USA). At the end of the first round, Paul sent his opponent to the platform with an uppercut. August tried to get up, but immediately lost his balance, which is why the referee scored a knockout.
Paul Jr. suffered his only defeat in February 2023 from Tommy Fury – the brother of the “Gypsy King” won by split decision. The blogger’s previous victory was in August, Jake defeated ex-UFC fighter Nate Diaz by unanimous decision.
For August, this was the second knockout in his career. The American previously suffered a TKO loss to Eric Abraham in 2018.
