Russian mixed martial arts fighter Jeff Monson told that he had received official notification that he was no longer a US citizen.
In September, Monson was elected to the parliament of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Monson, 52, has a record of 60 wins, 26 losses and one draw in MMA, according to statistics provided on the Sherdog portal. He also fought according to boxing rules and with bare fists. In May, Monson told that he had surrendered his US citizen passport to the embassy.
