Tyson is ready to fight for free
WBC World Heavyweight Champion Tyson Fury announced his readiness to fight with the British Anthony Joshua.
Fury said that the main condition for the fight will be the victory of Joshua in a rematch against the Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk.
“I hope Joshua wins against Usyk. In that case, I can go back and fight him for free.
“I want the fight with Joshua at Wembley, and also that the entrance for spectators to the stands and the broadcast of the fight is free. It should be made in England, for the people.”
Tyson announced his retirement from professional football after a convincing victory over Dillian Whyte in April. At the same time, the Briton has not yet vacated the WBC championship belt.
Fury has previously stated that he wants to hold exhibition fights and plans to meet with Mike Tyson, Lennox Lewis, Frank Bruno, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
The second fight between Usyk and Joshua will take place on August 20 in Saudi Arabia. The fight will be broadcast live on the DAZN streaming platform.
Last fall, Usyk defeated Joshua by unanimous decision to become world heavyweight champion for the first time.
