Athletistic/MMA. The authoritative English-speaking sports publication Sportskeeda has prepared a ranking of the best UFC knockouts in 2023. The leader of the ranking was Russian Islam Makhachev.
The UFC lightweight champion received the recognition for knocking out Australian Alexander Volkanovski at October’s UFC 294 tournament in Abu Dhabi (UAE). The second place in the ranking went to New Zealander Israel Adesanya, who brilliantly knocked out Brazilian Alex Pereira at the UFC 287 tournament. The top 3 was completed by British heavyweight Tom Aspinall, from whom Russian Sergei Pavlovich suffered by KO. This happened in November at UFC 295.
Islam Makhachev has 25 wins with one loss in MMA. Makhachev’s next fight has not yet been scheduled, but he has already stated that he wants to move up to welterweight and fighting champion Leon Edwards.
