American boxer Kevin Johnson admitted that he considers the date of obtaining Russian citizenship his new birthday.
Johnson was granted Russian citizenship by decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday. The American addressed Putin on April 1, 2023, asking him to obtain a Russian passport. Earlier it was reported that the 44-year-old boxer submitted the necessary documents to Samara and chose his middle name Vladimirovich.
