Russian light heavyweight Magomed Ankalayev turned out to be lighter than the Brazilian Johnny Walker before a face-to-face match at the UFC tournament in Las Vegas.
The Russian weighed 92.8 kg, Walker’s weight was 93.2 kg.
The fight between Ankalaev and Walker will headline the UFC Fight Nights 234 tournament, which will take place on January 13 in Las Vegas (USA). Last October, Ankalaev met Walker at UFC 294, but the fight was declared a draw due to an illegal strike by the Russian in the first round.
Ankalaev has 17 wins, losses and draws. Walker had 21 victories and suffered seven defeats.
