Athletistic/MMA. On the night of January 13-14, the UFC Fight Night 234 mixed martial arts tournament took place in Las Vegas (USA). In one of the fights appearing on the main card, Belarusian fighter Andrei Orlovsky met with American Waldo Cortes-Acosta.
The fight lasted all three rounds and ended with the American’s victory by unanimous decision.
Orlovsky has 34 wins and 23 losses in mixed martial arts. This is the fighter’s third consecutive loss in the UFC.
In the main event of the tournament, Russian Magomed Ankalaev, a former contender for the title in the light heavyweight category (up to 93 kg), had a rematch with Brazilian Johnny Walker and won by knockout.
