Former UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov declined information about possible participation in the UFC 300 tournament.
Earlier, former UFC fighter Chael Sonnen said the Russian could fight Leon Edwards.
“UFC 300 will take place without me, just like UFC 400,” Nurmagomedov wrote on social media.
Nurmagomedov retired in 2020 after defeating Justin Gaethje at UFC 254. He finished with a professional record of 29-0.
