Athletistic/MMA. Russian promoter Kamil Gadzhiev has commented on rumors that former UFC champion Khabib Nurmagomedov could resume his career. It was previously reported that Khabib had started training again with Javier Mendez.
Nurmagomedov himself has already denied the rumors. And Gadzhiev said Khabib’s return to MMA was impossible.
“I think we are more likely to see Khabib as an active footballer in a club than as a fighter in the octagon. That’s impossible,” Gadzhiev is quoted in Sport-Express.

Nurmagomedov retired in October 2020 after defeating American Justin Gaethje.
