ACA President Alexey Yatsenko said that the Slovak government Tomas December will replace Oleg Borisov during the semi-final of the League Grand Prix against Magomed Bibulatov.
Borisov reached the semi-finals by defeating Rustam Kerimov in March 2023. Bibulatov reached the Grand Prix semi-finals after defeating Important Tsiptaruli in August.
