Brother of UFC fighter Sharabutdin Magomedova Umar Magomedov knocked out Shukrullo Khamidov in his first fight at the “Our Cause” tournament.
Umar Magomedov, 33, fought his second professional fight under MMA rules after his first victory at the MMA Series tournament in June last year. Magomedov, competing in the under 70 kg category, eliminated his opponent in the last minute of the first round.
The younger brother of fighter Sharabutdin Magomedov is known in Russian MMA as Shara Bullet. Last year, Magomedov Jr. made his successful UFC debut and is currently undefeated in 12 professional mixed martial arts fights.
