Russian mixed martial arts fighter Movsar Evloev will fight with Englishman Arnold Allen as part of the UFC 297 tournament, which will be held in Toronto (Canada).

The fight between Evloev and Allen will open the main card of UFC 297. The fight will take place in the featherweight division. In mixed martial arts, Evloev, 29, has 17 victories and no defeats. In his last fight, in May 2023, he beat Brazilian Diego Lopez by unanimous decision. Allen, 29 years old (19 wins and two losses), lost by decision to American Max Holloway last April.
In the main event of the evening, American UFC middleweight champion Sean Strickland will face South African Dricus Du Plessis. The tournament will also feature a women’s bantamweight title fight between American Raquel Pennington and Brazilian Mayra Bueno Silva.
