The famous German heavyweight joins those who believe that size is more important than talent.
Manuel Charr spoke about the fight between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk. The regular WBA heavyweight title holder tried to predict who the undisputed world title holder would be in the future.
The German boxer believes the Briton will defeat the Ukrainian boxer ahead of schedule in the final rounds. And all thanks to its dimensions.
“Usik is a star, he’s an incredible boxer. I respect him. He has a lot of skills, perfect skills, but Tyson, that’s why he’s Tyson. He’s tough, he moves fast.
If Fury is the same as his last fight, he will lose. But if he pulls himself together, concentrates, if in Fury’s training camp he concentrates on Usik, I think he will probably beat him, because Fury is strong and heavy. So, I think Fury will win in the ninth or tenth round,” Charr said in an interview on the iFL TV YouTube channel.
We remind you that the fight between Fury and Usik will take place on February 17 in the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.
Previously, the promoter warned Fury before the fight with Usyk.
